Milk Issues Explained: Allergy, Lactose Intolerance & Casein-Free

Going gluten-free is a journey. Some people notice immediate improvement in health once they stop eating gluten; others need more time before they feel fully recovered. Milk Protein Allergy

Reactions can range from gastrointestinal distress to systemic allergic symptoms, so accurate diagnosis and strict avoidance are essential for health and safety.
