If you follow me on Instagram, you may already know that I had the chance to take an incredible trip to Ireland in January. It was one of those experiences that stays with you long after you return home. We traveled to Dublin, Cork, Galway, and other beautiful places, and every stop offered something memorable. Ireland was even more stunning than I imagined, from the scenery to the people to the food. During the trip, we also took a baking class at Ballymaloe Cookery School, where we learned how to make classic Irish baked goods, including scones, Irish soda bread, and more. That hands-on experience was such a highlight, and it gave me even more appreciation for traditional Irish cooking.
I will be sharing much more about my Ireland trip soon, but I wanted to make sure you knew about this upcoming Williams Sonoma event first. On Sunday, March 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., I will be at the Williams Sonoma location in Columbus Circle for an Authentic Ireland cooking class. During the class, I will be teaching how to make savory scones and putting together an Irish cheese board. If you love baking, entertaining, Irish flavors, or simply enjoy spending time around good food, this event is for you. It will be relaxed, approachable, and full of inspiration you can take home to your own kitchen.
